Dream Ministry School is a ministry training program designed for individuals who want to grow in both their understanding and practical application of ministry. DMS is a structured school environment that combines classroom teaching with hands-on ministry experience.
WHAT IS THE DREAM MINISTRY SCHOOL →
This is more than a discipleship program.
Dream Ministry School is designed to provide well-rounded ministry training, equipping participants not only with foundational teaching but also with the practical skills needed to serve effectively in real ministry settings.

Dream Ministry School will be led by Pastors Brian and Cassie Lucas, who carry both a heart for discipleship & a passion to equip others for ministry.
What You’ll Learn →
Participants will be trained across both academic and hands-on areas of ministry, including:
• foundational principles of ministry
• serving within active ministry environments
• practical preparation for real-life ministry situations
This includes areas not always taught in traditional settings, helping individuals become confident and equipped for a variety of ministry roles.
HOW DMS WORKS→
DMS runs from September 2026 through May 2027.
DMS combines structured classes with real ministry experience. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive certification through Valley Rock Academy upon completion.
