Pastor Wendell Coning
Senior Pastor & Founder
Pastor Wendell Conning is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Hamilton Dream Center, leading both Dream Church and Dream Center Ministries. His leadership is marked by consistent presence, hands-on involvement, and a deep commitment to the people he serves.
He can be found in every part of ministry life—from preaching on Sundays, to visiting those in hospitals or homes, to walking with families in times of loss, including officiating funerals within the community. His role extends beyond the platform, often driving bus routes, connecting with parents, and meeting practical needs throughout the week.
Pastor Wendell leads with a steady commitment to both the spiritual and practical needs of the community, remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day life of the ministry. He is a husband, father, and grandfather, and continues to serve with a heart for people across all stages of life.
His personal testimony includes a life-changing encounter with God that led to his salvation and deliverance while on the road as a musician, opening for Lynyrd Skynyrd—an experience that continues to shape his life and ministry.
Pastor Kim Coning
Executive Pastor & Co-Founder
Pastor Kim Coning is the Executive Pastor of Hamilton Dream Center and co-founder of both Dream Church and Dream Center Ministries. She provides leadership across the daily life of the ministry, helping bring consistency, direction, and care to its ongoing work.
Her role includes overseeing key areas of connection, partnerships, and internal coordination, ensuring that both the church and outreach efforts remain aligned and effective. She works closely with leadership and volunteers, helping support the day-to-day flow of ministry.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Pastor Kim is actively engaged in pastoral care and discipleship. She leads Ladies United, creating space for women to gather in community, encouragement, and spiritual growth. She is also present in the lives of individuals and families within the church, offering guidance, support, and care across a wide range of needs.
Pastor Kim brings a deep well of wisdom, discernment, and knowledge of the Word of God, serving with a steady commitment to both spiritual leadership and the people entrusted to her care.

Pastor Jared Coning
Associate Pastor
Pastor Jared Coning serves as an Associate Pastor at Dream Church, carrying both a heart for people and a deep sensitivity to what God is doing in each moment.
He carries a Davidic anointing, an ability to prophesy and release peace through his instruments and devoted worship, serving in a way that brings both peace and connection to those around him.
He is closely involved in outreach efforts, including weekly ministry at the DeCoach Recovery Center, as well as supporting transportation and logistics for church and community initiatives. Within Dream Church, he also contributes to Pizza Church operations, worship team involvement, and various behind-the-scenes needs that support the overall function of the ministry.
Pastor Jared carries a consistent willingness to serve wherever needed, contributing to both the visible and unseen work that sustains the ministry.
Pastor Jessica Coning
Associate Pastor
Pastor Jessica Coning serves as an Associate Pastor at Dream Church, with a primary focus on communication, coordination, and connection across the ministry. She plays a key role in both outreach and internal operations, helping ensure that information, events, and engagement remain clear and accessible.
Her responsibilities include overseeing social media, print and digital communications, and supporting event planning and execution. She is also involved in outreach efforts, including weekly ministry at the DeCoach Recovery Center, and contributes to the coordination of Warrior Camp and other initiatives.
Within Dream Church, she leads and supports Young Adult Fellowship, creating space for connection, growth, and community among young adults.
Pastor Jessica brings both creativity and consistency to her role, helping communicate the life and work of the ministry while staying actively engaged with the people it serves.
Pastors Brian & Cassie Lucas
Youth Pastors
Brian and Cassie Lucas serve as Youth Pastors at Dream Church, leading the next generation with a focus on connection, consistency, and spiritual growth.
Cassie also serves as Children’s Pastor, providing leadership and care for the younger ages within the church and helping create an environment where children can grow in their faith.
Together, Brian and Cassie are deeply committed to their faith, their family, and the life of the church. They carry a reverence for the Word of God and serve with a willingness to support wherever needed, consistently encouraging and strengthening those around them.
Their leadership extends across both the church and ministry efforts, including active involvement in Pizza Church and the ongoing work of weekly and annual outreach initiatives. In addition, they will be leading the Dream Ministry School, helping equip others through both teaching and hands-on ministry experience.
They also serve in both the visible and unseen areas of ministry, including the care and upkeep of the building, helping ensure that the environment remains prepared and ready for ministry to take place.
